'The Meadow' was the last of a series of paintings created during lockdown in 2020, based on childhood memories and the yearning to travel home. As a child, being minute and whisping through the tall grass in the meadow field, this place felt magical to me. I was always on the look out for wildlife and spent hours looking up at the summer sky.
