The Wonder Collection was inspired by childhood memories of hiding in the grasses of fields, looking out at the world from a child's perspective and getting lost in quiet, colourful daydreams.
It is about those little moments when time seems to slow down, when the ordinary becomes something magical, and the landscape around you feels like a world of its own.
The 2027 calendar brings together 12 paintings from The Wonder collection, capturing memories, places and moments that have stayed with me over the years.
Each month also features an Irish seanfhocal, adding a little wisdom and connection to our language and culture throughout the year.
I chose to work with The FACTORY, an eco-printing studio in Co. Offaly, who share my focus on making more considered and sustainable choices in how things are produced.
And when 2027 is over, each artwork can be carefully removed and framed, giving the paintings a life beyond the year.
